30 Day Hassle-Free RBC Warranty

At (RBC), we value our customers and our top priority is to satisfy each and every one of our customers as best as possible, so we offer Hassle-Free 30 day warranty which provides a peace of mind when you buy from us. Whether it’s a pre-owned cell phone or Bluetooth headset, or Charger, we got you covered for 30 days if you change your mind or item becomes defective for no reason. We can offer you a full refund minus shipping or replacements or store credit to buy any item on our website. However, the warranty does not cover customer abuse, physical damage, water damage, or any other damages caused by the user.

How To Return An Item

You have 30 days of Hassle-Free RBC Warranty from the purchase date, and for any reason you are not happy with the product, we are more than happy to accept your return and replace, exchange, store credit, or refund upon your request.

  1. Please email and provide details of your order, such as order number and your login email address and phone number along with the problem with the item or click here and fill out a RMA form to request a return/refund/exchange and we will assign you via email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Please be sure to write down the RMA number outside the box or on the shipping label.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Please include in your package a note with a reason for your return and RMA number and the copy of the invoice.
  4. Please include any accessories that came with the product initially in order to receive a full refund. Any missing accessories or box will reduce the refund amount after deducting the cost of any missing accessories.

Refund will be issued within 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt of your return, not counting holidays and weekends. Refund payment will be refunded in the same form of payment you used to make the original purchase. All accessories that came with the purchase must be included in order to receive a full payment, any missing accessories will result in less refund amount after deducting the cost of the missing accessories.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, and they include Clearance items, Repair Stocks or Poor Condition phones, Special Sale Items.

Phones, Accessories, and other devices that have been abused or altered or water damaged by the customer/user will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless you have received a defective phone in the beginning. In this case, you must report the issue within 3 business days so that you won’t be charged restocking fee and get a free return shipping label. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges or Replacements

We will be happy to exchange or replace any devices you are not happy with, undamaged condition, within 30 days from the purchase date. Or you can have the store credit issued and use it for future purchase.
