What is include on my phone purchase?
Your phone will arrive in our store retail packaging with a wall charger and a phone battery. If you wish to purchase additional accessories such as cases, screen protectors, or earbuds, you can purchase additional accessories at our website!

How do I activate the phone I bought from RockBottomCell?
Activation process is very simple and quick. If you get an unlocked device, you can simply put your sim card on the device and it will be activated on its own. The new card will detect the correct network settings and it will run a power cycle and it will be ready to be used.
If you purchase a specific carrier device, you can put the SIM card on the device and it will do exactly same as if you were to purchase an unlocked device. However, with Sprint/Boost/Virgin Mobile carriers, you may need to get a SIM card that is compatible with the model.

Is there warranty on my phone?
Absolutely. We put each phone through a thorough quality inspection before we ship, but in any case there are issues, we have 30 Day Hassle-Free RBC Warranty. If you are not satisfied with your phone for any reason, simply contact us and return it within 30 days.

What is 30 Day Hassle-Free RBC Warranty?

Whether it’s a pre-owned cell phone or Bluetooth headset, or Charger, we got you covered for 30 days if you change your mind or item becomes defective for no reason. We can offer you a full refund minus shipping or replacements or store credit to buy any item on our website. However, the warranty does not cover customer abuse, physical damage, water damage, or any other damages caused by the user.

How do I return the device?
You have 30 days of Hassle-Free RBC Warranty from the purchase date, and for any reason you are not happy with the product, we are more than happy to accept your return and replace, exchange, store credit, or refund upon your request. The shipping charges will not be refunded.

How long does it take for the refund?
Refund will be issued within 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt of your return, not counting holidays and weekends. Refund payment will be refunded in the same form of payment you used to make the original purchase.

What is unlocked phone?
"Unlocked" simply means that the phone is not restricted to any particular carrier. This means the phone will work with any carriers domestically as well as internationally.

When will my order ship?
Most orders process within 2 business days. Once it’s been shipped, you will get an automated email from RBC with a tracking number that you can track where the package is.

What condition is the phone in?
To offer variety of devices to be suitable for what you can afford and what you want, we have 4 different grades based on the cosmetic factor. Regardless of what condition you get, all our products have been tested and passed all the functionality. Mint: These are like new device. It's hard to distinguish the difference between our Mint device and a brand new one. Mint condition is our highest condition rating and these are NOT refurbished device.
Excellent: This is the next tier level after Mint Condition. It may have very small hairline scratches that are difficult to detect unless you're look under special light in different angles trying to look for the scratches. Good: This level shows normal wear and tear. This phone will have a few noticeable scratches and signs of usage.
Fair: The functionality is still perfectly working condition just as Mint, Excellent, and Good, but it shows visible signs of use all over the exterior. You can expect a number of scratches and signs of wear on the housing.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
