Currently we do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 states, but Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may take longer and sometimes with additional shipping cost.Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST. Friday orders after 12PM PST will be shipped out on following Monday.
We calculate shipping time in business days, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and any shipping carrier holidaysCarriers

Once order is confirmed, you will receive the order confirmation email to email address on your account. Tracking number for your order will be posted in your Order History page and you can track the transit progress.Shipping Rates
Most of our products ship with Free Shipping, but if the item carries separate shipping charge, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments
RockBottomCell.com is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and RockBottomCell.com that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price. RockBottomCell.com has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, RockBottomCell.com will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
If you choose to cancel the order due to back orders, you will be notified and refunded 100% within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
